We first meet with you to discuss your project goals and your desired time frame and budget. We will go with you for a full inspection of the existing project site and make any corrections needed, if necessary. We offer a transparent cost estimating process on bids from our sub-contractors and keep our fee as a separate cost. Any cost saving we achieve from our sub-contractors will be passed to you.
Custom Build
If you have a blueprint of your dream home, we will build it for you. We work only with state licensed sub-contractors.
Construction Management
General Contracting is available for clients who prefer the traditional design-bid-build approach.
